1. No persons under 18 years of age are permitted to enter. Victorian Permit Number 10302/25. Conducted under provisions of the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1999, Lotteries and Arts Unions Amendment Act 2007 and the Charitable Fundraising Act 1999.

2. Maximum tickets available: 300,000.

3. Raffle tickets are not tax deductible. PRIZES: The winner’s choice of;

OPTION 1: $50,000 worth of Gold Bullion. The Gold Bullion market price is valued at $50,000 at the time of the draw, selling cost and market variations apply. Or

4. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Photographs and video are used for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual prize. In the event a prize is not available at the time of the draw, Guide Dogs Victoria reserves the right to issue a replacement prize of similar type and value. All taxes and liabilities associated with any prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Motor vehicle prize conditions: Prices include GST and are based on recommended retail value that are correct at the time of printing and may be subject to change. Any winner of a motor vehicle must receive the prize in Australia and must be collected by the prize winner within 30 days of the car being available. It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the dealership located in Melbourne City. Any delivery or transfer costs if required, will be at the winner’s expense.  There is currently wait times on all new vehicles in Australia and could be between 6 to 12 months or longer.  Drive away price shown includes registration, compulsory third party insurance (CTP), a maximum dealer delivery charge, and stamp duty. Other dealership T&C’s may apply.

VIP prize – 1 VIP supporter will win 1,000 tickets in the VIP draw held on the 3rd of October 2025.

5. If you purchase a raffle ticket and change your mind before the draw date, Guide Dogs Victoria may (in its discretion) provide a refund for the ticket. If the raffle sells out or if payment is received after the closing time, then unless you request otherwise, your payment will be automatically entered into the next raffle, and you will receive new ticket numbers once the raffle starts, and the payment is processed.
